IDA Automotive makes parts to restore that. There used to be one here in town that was painted gold and it was on a Mercury frame. When the old man died it left town. I don't know where it is now.

make sure that you don't break the center headlight out pulling head first into a parking spot.

You could put it on a ** squareback, like on "Full Custom Garage".

  11. Points ignition? Have you checked dwell or at least points gap? How much vacuum does it make at idle when it is running?

It might make an interesting rear end of a car. Run the exhaust out the center hole? Galaxy taillights? Rear engine? 2 sets of golf clubs strapped in up front under the bonnet. Chauffeur"ette" station. 2 windscreens. Waterford crystal decanter in the back with Jameson Black Barrel...always topped off. Built in ball washer would be a desirable addon. I would call it "The Albatross". It would smell of old leather, diseased livers, prom nights and high-octane clear fuel. The body color? Green, like Augusta National in April. Interior the color of pine straw and fine Kentucky bourbon. And an air horn that plays Dixie. Bandit is in the house.

WHY NOT? Where is your sense of adventure? Where is your imagination? Why can't you see the possibilities this provides? ;);););););)

The air cooled Franklin O-335 used in Tucker cars was originally intended for the Bell 47 helicopter. Converted to water cooled for use in automobiles, the 5.5 liter engine produced 155 hp and a whopping 372 lb/ft of torque.
