Hot Rods Stromberg Carburetor Offset Spacer

Looking for one of these. Not sure who the manufacturer is. Could not find any markings on it. My Father had it in his stash of Flathead parts. It is 1 1/2" high. Thanks, Harold

 

Might that have been used to move a carb' back from a HD oversize generator, say on a fire truck?

I'm anal......I'm using the one I have to offset the front carb back for alternator clearance....I want one to offset the rear carb forward.
