stromberg carb help

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by hotskins, Mar 23, 2010.

  1. I have a Stromberg CK527 2 barrel carb on my Plymouth. Does any one know if there is and where to get a repair manual for that carb. I know nothing about it, and I know mine needs some adjusting or a rebuild. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

CK527 is probably some rebuilders code. It certainly is not a number used by Stromberg.

    Probably a type WW.

Check your local library in the reference section for Motors manuals. Chrysler Corp used lots of Stromberg WW carbs.

  3. You are right about it being a type WW. The CK527 number is what I found on the Stromberg web site. They have some manuals that you can download but not for the one I have.

  6. I went to www.carburetor.ca, they do have quite a lot of info there. But the manualsi seen didn't look like the one I have one my car. I may have to go look at my car again... Thanks for the info.
