Stright holes in frame

    I need to drill holes thru top and bottom of a frame .Is there a trick to making sure there straight and line up.

    If you can, block your frame so that it's level, and use a bench top drill press with a long bit, or drill bit extension, sitting level on the floor....
     
  3. Drill a straight hole through a block of steel with a drill press then use the block of steel as a drill guide on your frame.
     
  4. Careful lay out. Drill small hole on bottom so the bit doesn't walk around and it Will follow that pilot hole.

    Find someone with a magnetic base drill press
