sorry to hear about this.there seems to be alot of theft lately.i just dont understand what these people are going to do with these older easy to reconise cars.

I haven't posted it on any other forums yet. It's not my car, it belongs to a friend of mine.
Hopefully it turns up unharmed. Makes me a bit nervous, I have a bunch cars stored at my friends place not too far from where this one was stolen, their well hidden, but still, this one was in a shop and it still got taken!

 

hope the theif dies of acute lead poisoning..that way he wont ever be a problem again for anyone else...ever

Bummer. The guys on Canadian Poncho have been alerted so hopefully someone will have info soon. That is a rare car, and has a unique look to it so maybe whoever took it will realize it will be spotted. This may make them realize they should just abandon it in a public place where it can be found.

Ill be on the lookout in the Kootaneys. That color on parts would be easy to spot. I lost a enclosed trailer last year and a car trailer a coupl years befor that. Bummer hope he gets her back.

Someone is selling 59' poncho parts that are mint here in toronto. I doubt its anything related, but the ad was posted on the 11th. At the very least it might be a source of parts if the car is recovered, if it has any damage.
