That's an odd one as most thefts like that are to snag the trailer hoping it is full of tools or something else easy to sell.
I'd be looking for word on anyone in Vegas who was all the sudden making fantastic progress on what had been a thrashed 34 coupe.

  3. I you have better pics. Hot August nights event starts next weekend and that would be a great place to sell a stolen car.
I will be there and will keep a eye open for you.

yep, need more current pics of '34 & '06 & any specific details on unique stuff that will make it stand out if someone spots it - where was last place that '34 was out of trailer where thief might have spotted it?

  8. Did the trailer have an I D # painted on the roof.? That has been preached enough that everyone should have it on their trailers by now. Does not have to be show quality lettering.

Trailer was recovered. or at least found. Meaning that it probably wasn't the target of the thief for a change.
There was an earlier thread on the theft last week. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/stolen-1934-ford-three-window-vegas-area.1155019/
That must have been before they found the trailer.
If that car was worked on in Vegas or close by I would want to know who was hanging around the shop a lot paying a bit too much attention to the car and just happened to be there when it was picked up. Someone who just happened to be putting a 34 together.
