Anybody ever use a stitch welding torch, made by Chicage Electric, that uses a arc welder for sheet metal ?

I wouldn't use anything with "welding" and "Chicago Electric" in the same sentence. I assume you mean Chicago instead of Chicage.

  3. A stitch welder is useless, and a waste of money, in my opinion. If you decide to try it anyhow, you will see why.

What he said......but you should try to get your MIG out, load it with .024 wire, turn it down and do the same thing, alot better and a lot cheaper, after you get some pratice with it................

Bought one, tried it, threw it away - or gave it to some poor slub who thought he could make the damned thing work. Not worth the time, effort, or money in my book.
