Technical Steering wheel(s) identification?

Hey fellas! Helping a friend sell a few things and need to identify these two steering wheels. No idea where the "pricing" came from. Can you help a brother out?

Wheel 1 has cream colored bakelight, measures 18" and hub measures 5 1/8". Click on pics to enlarge.

Perhaps, but the spoke group spacing are equidistant on the OP’s example but appear to be not on the Studebaker pictured.

I believe the first one to be 1940-1947 Buick and not Studebaker as stated above.
