From a little research it appears this might be a Nardi wheel.
Can anyone help identifying its original application and an approximate current value?

  8. Not a lotta GOOD beer :) :) !!

I'll add swiss cheese to the Ham, Pepperidge Farm multi-grain bread AND put it in a zip lock. And a sixer of Sam Adams.

But I really like/need the necker knob.

Yes it is a Nardi, and without the adapter probably worth 50 to 75 bucks.
