    Does a VW box use a half moon keyway to hold the steering wheel in place?

  5. Yeah VW bus, don't know why they aren't used more.......they are a slick install and work great...

    Very interesting! This is new to me, at least. I am going across the street to the VW restorer tomorrow to check it out.

    Thanks guys. I knew someone here would know what it is.

    They are pretty slick. I guess they were used quit a bit in T-Buckets back in the day.
     
  8. they arnt used more cause a rebulit one cost 500 now about 300 for a used one
