    I stopped at a friend's and looked at his 30 Model A this afternoon. We were talking steering and as he purchased the frame and running gear at a swap meet, he really didn't know much about it and wondered what the steering box was. I told him I'd ask the experts. Im thinking F1.
    I took a couple pictures to prove it exists. Thanks. 20190902_165018.jpeg 20190902_165120.jpeg

    that's what C7Z means....

    C = 1960s decade
    7 = 7th year
    Z = Mustang series of cars

    for those who don't know the secret code

    Thanks!
    Very fast answers!
    Totally makes sense with the obvious code.
    Hadn’t thought of a Mustang box working.

    Be sure to go to “ Pete and Jakes “ website and read the tech information on proper installation of a Mustang box and compare to his frame. The frame may have been sold off because it wasn’t set up properly and drove like crap. If it was not built properly now is the easiest time to correct it.

    Good advise Uncle Buck. I’ll tell him to check it out. Some reason it was for sale at swap meet.
