Im trying, the glass is my biggest concern right now. The chopped top looks awesome but hopefully the windshield wont cost me an arm and two legs.

For real I'm tired of this cold weather already.

 

It does seem like this has been a long winter! It will make the spring that much better
Last winter I was working my behind off to get my car done--this winter she is all finished ( except final body paint) and I have kept busy getting the trailer all supplied--gathering extra tools etc so I can leave everything inside the trailer--I am down to looking at new coolers for cold beverages and picnic food.
I plan on 4 new fresh tires for it as soon as things warm up--repack the wheel bearings and I will be ready to to do some racing!!!!!!!!!
I think SIM will be my dream event for the new car--Laid Back--Good Vibe--Southern Fun!!!!!

 

I will be there for sure. Bringing a buddy of mine with a bad ass 28 Model A, I will have the same old HA/GR with the slant six. Can not wait for this!

 

Quain always trying to be funny. Dee and I will come by tonight to start getting the "old 1963 Vette" back together.

Merlin, be forewarned it's gonna take a lot of money to get him to drag this "old Vette" back out for a little grudge race.

 

LoL Still working on talking my friend in to going to SIM however the car might not make it with him.

Curtis..a couple more Southern Slingshot guys are thinking about coming--knowing this is Not a SS event we are all just planning on taking advantage of your wonderful wk end--a Relaxing day at the track , melting some rubber, burning up jugs of alky, and just living large! We would all love to pit together--I do not know how many but I plan on being there Friday to get settled in the pits and be Ready for the Cackle deal that night!!
