I feel like a boy scout, have to keep checking the trench around my "tent" to keep the water from swamping inside the tent..I have the tent rachet tie downed to the stuff in it, I have burmed or blocked the cover around the base as best I can do to keep air from getting in..I pulled and cut a few branches this morning that wre near the incomming power lines..I feel better but will be glad when its over..
My mother-in-law just passed away a couple of months ago.. And her name was Irene.... Maybe it's her coming back with a bad attitude..

i had a great aunt irene she wasnt any near as mean as this storm was lots of damage up in the western area roads closed , buildings of foundations , friend H/D was under 4 feet of water in his G/F s garage , another friend saw a car go over the dam , lots of water ugh
Driveway washed out some but otherwise OK here on the ridge, didn't even lose power. A lot of heavy property, road, bridge, and utility damage all around though, mostly in the valley areas. Thankfully for the most part people heeded the warnings and prepared best they could, would have been a lot worse otherwise. Ed
Time to rebuild man ! Personally I thought all reacted well with this ! Goverment weather ect ! Vt is taking a beating still !
