Hot Rods Sprint Car Looking AirCleaner

There is a Red 32 Ford Highboy listed in Gateway Classic Cars for sale with a Sprint Car looking Air Cleaner. Does anyone know where this can be purchased or was this hand fabricated?

I like the filters on injection or Webers, but the box could use a little more style!

 

Reminds me of those lame looking fake injectors that Garlits sold his name to.
