I need help with spindles, I have Ford 1/2 ton truck axle and spindles and I need to know if a set of wheels that only fit an Anglia can be machined to work? Can the races just be changed or is it an I.D - O.D problem on the wheels. Or can Anglia spindles be machined to work on the Ford axle? Basically can the wheels be made to fit before I buy the Wheels?

  3. I just redrilled my 56 ford truck spindles a couple of weeks back . It actually turned out to be easier than i thought. first hole is the one that you spend the time on getting it perfect. After that it is a matter of layout and marking, double checking and drilling. I took about 3 hours in all to do both. I redrilled for 4 3/4 since rims are always available in that size. In truth I spent more time worrying about it than it took to do it.
