Speedway 40 ford bolt together frame

I recently bought a rough 39 coupe body and was searching around for parts for it. I came across this bolt together frame that Speedway is offering is it worth buying?

no. for the cost you could have one of the talented hambers on here like el polacko build you a nice functional frame set up exactly like you need.

 

As suspect as some guys welding is that might be an option. I think the saving factor is in shipping it broken down. Not eveyone can weld but most everyone should be to torque a bolt to the right specs.
