Will a 350th speedo cable match up to a 53-54 Chevy speedometer? If not,how far back will they? Thanks.

  2. i believe that speedometer has 5/8 threads on it ....correct? if so Pioneer # CA3002 for a 63" long cable and CA3004 for 83"

The cable that came in the car may be too short, and the one from a 69-newer car that came with a TH350 will have the wrong speedo end fitting. Get one of the part numbers he suggested....

I did end up using the original speedo cable, its a bit tight on length.
but i got it to work
..i do expect it to not last forever..but im cheap so i will run it til it fails

but if my engine was set back even a 1/4" more it never would have made it, so you might have to check it first and if not those numbers that 36-3 window put up should get you done
