Has anyone used this unit from Southern Air? I like the look of it for my 52 Chevy Sedan and the price is right at $289. Just wondering about performance.
I have had their heat/air unit very similar to the one in the photo in my 32 pickup for 4 years now,,only problem I had was the case cracked because it is mounted under the seat. Tom replaced the case and I mounted it lower where my big ol' butt didn't crush the case after I hit a big rut in the road,,,no problems since. HRP
>>>I no longer work for Southern Rods<<< That being said, the unit you pictured is what I am putting in my 57 Sedan. It works great, mounts easily, and works great. That being said I am sure others will have some other opinions, but the unit is great.
