I still have a set of original full length ribbed laker's. They're made out of 1-3/4" OD tubing. The depth of each rib looks to be around 1/32". Here's a photo:

  2. HAHA Stuff like this always reminds me of my days working at the music store and having hot moms come in and ask for a Big Muff for their kid. Few added the Pi part.:D

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the process of rippling the pipe called Swagging or something like that? Looks like a HAMB member needs to just start making them again. There seems to be a market. I know I'd take some for the belly burners on my RPU.

I read this whole thread just to find out why someone posted a photo of a fuzz box.

Personally I think it looks cheap and goofy. Kinda like a flex radiator hose.

Yes you did. I went out and put the caliper on them for you guys.
Pipes are 1.75" diameter. (why is there always metal shavings on my tools?)

The ribs are .6255 inches apart (seriously, if the shavings aren't all over my tools they are stuck in my palms).

Thanks for the pipes Mark! The truck is for my wife and she likes the ribs!
