Source for cloth covered spiral would 8mm plug wires?

Title should say " wound " not would, hey it's early in the a.m. Anyone know of a source for cloth covered modern spiral wound plug wires? Taylor specs a wound 8mm for the electronic mag I plan on running. Looking for options. Anyone covered thier own wires?

If you are running a true self generating magneto, you should be running copper core wire only, not spiral wound. The spiral stuff is designed to be for supressing noise in radios. Don't use it on a magneto.

 

It's the Taylor mag look electronic unit. Not a true mag.

 

OK, I got ya.
I know the no no reteric about running copper core on a normal ignition but can't see how it would hurt anything. The coil should not care. Run a resistor plug.
