Looks to have a slight grinding underside of intake for clearance maybe for roller lifters, Oil fitting is ground out but plenty of flat surface for gasket remains. I believe it is a fuel bypass switch for the two outers. Not certain how that works with the braided fuel lines or maybe had another fuel line set up. Carbs look new but may need gaskets progressive linkage.
