    City: Oak Forest

    State: Illinois
    Price: $6,500
    1965 C-10 Longbed Pickup
    • Custom Cab with all the trim
    • Original paint with lots of patina (surface rust)
    • "283" 3 on the tree
    • Very straight, solid
    • Runs & drives very well
    • 6 lug rally wheels with brand new tires (WW) with receipts from Discount Tire; I have a set of stock wheels if that's what you want.
    • Chrome bumpers and grill
    • Inner fenders perfect; Rear wheel tubs perfect
    • Diamond plate bed floor over original wood; In the pictures the floor can be seen in tact but is rotted around the outside.
    • All lights and turn signals work as they should. The speedometer and odometer
currently reading 90,XXX, also work as does the heat and defrost.
    • I think the roof clearance lights might be original or dealer options which would be a very rare option. They also work but are missing one lens.
    • The undercarriage and frame are really solid as can be seen in the pictures.
    • The floor supports, body mounts, and inner rockers are very solid and appear to be original.
    • The cab floors have a couple of very small non-threatening holes as does the outer rocker on the driver's side which can also be seen in the pics.
    • The truck has the helper leafs for overload which were also an option and are in addition to the coil springs on all four corners.
    • The windshield is OK for driving but does have a stain which appears to be inside the lamination.
    • The seal around the glass is dry rotted and cracked and needs to be replaced.
    • The door glass is good and rolls up and down as it should.
    • The door locks also work as they should and can be locked and unlocked with the original keys.
    • This truck would be an excellent candidate for a full restoration but has such great potential for a patinaed Old Skool.
    • Please check out the YouTubes BELOW to see the truck in running, driving action.
    • It sounds really mellow with dual exhaust with twin chrome tips coming out each side.
    • Illinois title in my name.
    • $6,500 Oak Forest, IL 60452
