Hi gents, THIS ITEM IS SOLD. THANKS! I believe this is a factory Ford spacer that was used when a 4-speed trans was installed in a pickup to allow for front wishbone to transmission clearance. Although I'm pretty sure I removed this from a '41 Ford Coupe about 40 years ago but I'm thinking it should fit both pickups and passenger applications? Maybe 1938-41? I dunno, you Ford guys would know better than me. The part number is: 81C-9442. The holes appear to be 3" center to center. $35 plus shipping. Message me with questions, info corrections or feedback.
