***SOLD*** Thank you $285.00 plus shipping One pair of original USA made Henry Ford F-2/F-250 12”x 2” Bendix brakes. The brake assemblies bolt up to 37-48 Ford car spindles and are a great upgrade to replace the early Ford Lockheed brakes when using Buick finned aluminum drums. These brake assemblies are self energizing like the reproduction Lincoln; and are a nice deep stamping. The backing plates have been reconditioned, sandblasted, primed, and assembled with new riveted shoes, new wheel cylinders, new shoe return springs, new adjusters, and new hold down springs. The shoe retainers, wheel cylinder pins, and adjuster springs have been cleaned, primed, and reused. These plates have some rust pitting, nothing killer, easily filled if desired; but not suitable for powder coat or chrome. I have included a picture of one of a similar plate mounted on a '42-'48 square back car spindle along with a Buick 45 fin drum to show how they fit together, the '37-'41 round back spindle works the same. The Buick drum, Ford hub, and Ford spindle are NOT included, just pictured for an illustration of usage.
