***SOLD*** Thank You $295.00 plus shipping One pair of original USA made Henry Ford F-2/F-250 12”x 2” Bendix brakes. The brake assemblies bolt up to 37-48 Ford car spindles and are a great upgrade to replace the early Ford Lockheed brakes when using Buick finned aluminum drums. While I haven't done it personally; it has been related to me that Kanter's reproduction Buick Rivera iron drums fit this set-up too. These brake assemblies are self energizing like the reproduction Lincoln; and are a nice deep stamping. The backing plates have been reconditioned, sandblasted, primed, and assembled with new riveted shoes, new wheel cylinders, new shoe return springs, new hold down springs, wheel cyl pins and new adjuster springs. The shoe retainers and adjusters have been reconditioned and painted. Very nice plates, suitable for powder coat or plating. I have included a picture of one of the plates mounted on a '42-'48 square back car spindle along with a Buick 45 fin drum to show how they fit together, the '37-'41 round back spindle works the same. The Buick drum, Ford hub, and Ford spindle are NOT included, just pictured for an illustration of usage.
