***SOLD*** 1949 -1952 Chevrolet Accessory butterfly steering wheel & automatic column (original)

This wheel (and modified '52 auto column) was in the '52 Chevrolet pickup that I sourced last fall. I installed a tilt column and new wheel, and this is just taking up space. I threw a price on it, as I've been given a wide variety of estimates, since nice originals are pretty rare. The rim on this is damn near perfect, but there's a section on the back hub that has separated and chipped off. I had considered repairing this but decided to show it in the true original and unrestored condition. Very nice horn ring, and rare original center button. No horn contacts inside. Will sell with or without column.

The column has been modified for IFS (cut off the box and has a u-joint welded on the shaft). Original shifter (modified lower lever for late auto), & was all mounted in a '52 Chevy pickup. See last picture for how it all looked in the truck.
