For Sale; This is a 1928-29 model A Ford project that I gathered parts for, and started to assemble 20 years ago. I almost was done building it back then, when a young hotrodder friend of mine said he just had to have it. So I sold it to him. He never did anything with the car but park it in his garage, and look at it. He recently wanted to buy my chopped shop truck, but was shy some cash, so I took the model A back in a trade with cash. I would finish the car, but I could use the cash on my Altered 32 Bantam dragster. The project is pretty much all original period parts except for open drive line adaptor, front shocks, and headers. The frame is a boxed model A frame, Z'd in the rear. 4"? dropped axle up front with new hair pin assem. Stock banjo in the rear. Early 39 type brake and clutch pedal assembly. Early Ford (39?) juice brakes (rebuilt master cyl's.), with small Ford pattern painted hubs. 1935 16" painted wires with Ford script Universal Tire wide whites. Has a 1932 Ford filled grill shell. Flathead radiator. Stock running 1936 Ford flathead with new headers. 39T transmission, open drive shaft, new Speedway open drive shaft adaptor, and 1936 Ford banjo rear with axle retainers. Main body, doors, and cowl are 1928-29 model A with top cut off, rear section model T or A?? White and gold metallic tuck-n-roll seat. Shocks up front, shocks and mounts for rear. Early Ford steering wheel, column, and steering box assembly, Pair of nice headlights, and pair of rear tail lights and stanchions. Also misc. parts that go with it. No title, bill of sale only. $5000. Will add pics of the radiator, seat, and steering assembly when I get the pictures taken. If the project does not sell in a reasonably short amount of time, I will be parting it out later, and relisting parts separately on the HAMB. Have not listed car locally yet, thought I would give the HAMB guys first shot. (ps the black 4bars in the pictures are not on the car, the hairpins that are on the car are in the first picture only) Thanks, Zane.
