Has anyone used the soft top insert kits from juliano's? I'm looking for a OEM looking result for a 1933 Terraplane sedan.

    Thanks,

there nice kits but you get a half inch height on the band that snaps over the retaining band.ive done five with no problems other than that.i wish they could make a trim that laid down like a stock one.

I agree with harpo1313. The insert just looks weird ('street roddish'?) sticking up that 1/2", which is why I won't be using Juliano's on my '36.

A no for original look for julianos. Nice kit but is designed to pop rivet to the roof outside original channel. A lot of work to get it to fit in original channel the the hold down strip is a little bulky also.

Check LaBaron Bonny for the material. You can get hideum welting from them.

D-Russ yours looks spot on!! As does the rest of the car from the pic. Where did you get your kit from?
Really looks nice, checking out the build thread now.
    Thanks
