  4. Ok guys, I know this is spur of the moment but I just got a call from Marky on here who is the Southwest nostalgia drags promoter. They have gotten a date for their spring race at Firebird on April 13th. I know you guys have stuff going on with ANRA & Barona the week after that and just seeing if anyone is interested in coming over?If nothing else maybe some match racing with Mike??

The Antique Nationals for 2013 will again be held at Irwindale Raceway, on June 2nd. Some new rules will be in force, all open cars will need arm restraints, roll bars will be required for cars quicker than a certain e.t., I will get an update on this. Helmets must be 2005 or newer. Fontana may or may not be running at this time but we needed time for advertising, etc. so couldn't wait to see.

The strip uses NHRA rules, and we must comply with them but many of our older cars are not fast enough to need a lot of equipment. All cars must have seat belts. See my original post above for more details or e-mail me at [email protected] for more info.

Butch's third ANRA meet's coming up this weekend at Bako.
HAMBsters're welcome, we run in "Open Wheel" there. It's a 10 second wide (10.00 - 20.00) bracket class that sees several types of cars, and is a lot of fun. There're trophies and award monies for the winners, and there're always at least a couple of us there.
