Snapshots of 1975

  1. Jim Hamlin took these photos around 1975 when he bought this 3 window and a chopped '40 coupe. The '40 is long gone but I'm fortunate enough to own the 3 window now...

    Those are AMAZING Lynn.

    Do you know any history on the 1940 Ford Coupe?... amazing chop on that one.

  6. That '40 was a mystery. Jim bought it somewhere in Orange county and only had it a few months then sold it and we never saw or heard about it again. I remember the chop was a little off, one side lower than the other.

  9. The '35 panel in the last pic belonged to our late friend Paul Hostrop. He was in the process of changing the dead flathead over to a chevy during this time. The Dodge C cab was mine I built in '72 and sold soon after these pics...

  14. Were the cheaters legal in CA in seventy-five? I thought there were a few years there we couldnt put them on the street. Memory fade. Love them all!
