Folks Of Interest Skot Ingram Accident - OK'ed by Ryan

For those who don't know Skot had a terrible accident Monday involving his tractor & mower. He sustained mutable broken ribs, a broken arm & needed reconstructive surgery on one ball & socket joint. I visited him this afternoon, He seemed to be doing better than I expected, but that might have been the effects of the pain killers, He said that he may be out of circulation for at least 16-18 weeks. He's been a really good friend to me & I found it hard to see him in such a bad way.

 

Thank you for letting us know. I have known Skot as long as I can remember. I stopped by his shop last week to say hello while I was visiting a client nearby. I returned his call today but the fax machine answered and I got busy on another call and forgot to try again. I will do my best to try to make another trip soon. If there is anything I can do, simply ask. Skot has an open tab as far as I'm concerned. He is definitely in our prayers.

Never met him but have had a taste of what it's like to be banged up. Get well soon eat good and don't wait too long to get moving again.

Skot is in the Round Rock hospital. He has been working hard on the dragster because we are planning on going to the Meltdown Drags in july and I know this is a big disappointment plus a lot of pain

 

Hoping for a rapid and complete recovery.

Get well soon, Skot! And, thanks again for the gas at the Yello Belly Nostalgia Drags a couple weeks ago. Without it I might have run out of gas half way down the track in the finals. What a total bummer that would have been! And, I was so glad to share the FYI story with ya'...from the other end. Ha! Get well soon! Next year I'll sleep over TWO nights if that's what it takes to get the "Early Bird" award away from you! Ha! See you next year!
