Great Phtoto of Green Valley from the early day's of drag racing there.
Somebody did a nice job radiussing the rear wheelwells on the Brotherhood Opel.
Definitely a unique paint scheme..

Carlsbad Raceway about 1987. 302 stock head GMC 6, T-10 4-speed, Pontiac 4.88's, 3-Holley 2 barrels on a Clifford intake, Howard Cam, Cylinder head work by Juan Mendoza. 13.10 @ 103-104. An original Blairs Speed Shop built for Noel Melovich in 1962 or 3. At that time also a Bonneville/El Mirage record holder.

Stumbled across this forum while on a wild goose chase regarding an inline 6 Ford motor and this pic caught my eye. I noticed what appears to be "Parr Automotive" on the side and, being from OK myself, wondered if anybody ever identified the car?
Great forum and site here, I look forward to perusing it more thoroughly!
