Anytime I see old tin I drag it home. Better to sit on it even if I don't use it than to possibly have it get scrapped. Might be worth trading material.

That looks like a 1922 or 23 Dodge, and the rear looks in just about the same shape as one I have out back, except mine is straighter, with a few dozen bullet holes through it.

These are some of my finds over the last year. 1956 Cameo $1,500, 1955 Big window Step side $1,200, 1964 Mercedes free, Some strange custom next to a early Falcon, 1966 Ford Pick-up $800, 1964 Plymouth Free, 1960 Corvette $7,500, 1969 Fury Convertible $1,200, 1934 Ford, he wanted $40k, Two rough 356 Porsche's not for sale, 67 Big Block Vette Coupe, $25k, 1968 Cougar R-code 428CJ 4spd Cougar (on ebay now), paid $1,000, 1969 Cyclone Spoiler Dan Gurney 4spd $2,000.

It's been a good year but the early stuff is getting harder to find around here.

It is expected to bring between $20k-$30k. It is one of the holy grail of rare Ford Muscle. This specific car has a factory 4:30 traction lok 31 spline 9" rear with factory staggered shock conversion. In essence a factory drag car. It was a very lucky find.

I know where a Dodge tub like that is buried, Has the cowl too but you would have to dig it up. It's in Marietta Georgia. There is also a 1965 GTO buried nearby.

  16. The same thing happen to me way back when I worked in a gas station and went out on a wrecker call for a dead battery.I don't remember if I hooked up the jumpers wrong or it was just the battery was frozen solid. When I hooked up the jumpers the battery exploded with a ear busting explozionen .Later that week when I washed my shirt it was full of holes from the battery exploding and I had to throw it out. LOL. AHHH the good old days.Bruce.

They would be guilty on about 15 counts if '75 and back is old.

The out of focus white car at the end of the row is a Porsche 914. I don't recall ever seeing a POrsche in a yard let alone @ 8-10 of them.

  21. Looks like an estate sale auction. Lots of them going on here in Misery, but sadly if there are any cars, they're usually rusty junk, or a Chrysler K car.
