the wire "radiating out" off of this truck was a happy accident, highlighting the class this truck exudes.

Hi Matt, I did not forget about your show...My Excuse? >>"duty calls"... A local Korean War Vet in charge of the vehicles for the Memorial Day Parade near here, "really, really" wanted a doodlebug in this years event.

This is the one that you saw sitting out by the road when you stopped in a month or so ago.. I decided the rusty look was not appropriate, so I started sprucing it up for him...I finished it yesterday...


Both bugs will be in the parade, They will be passing by the Nathan Hale Monument...both will driven by young-uns..same age as Nathan was, when he gave his life. ....... I went with the original 13 Star Flag motif..

I went out at near dusk yesterday to take some pics of the monument area below:
