Just finished this today. A buddy helped me hang it and the good news is that neither of us fell off the ladder:cool: IMG_20240922_183730780_MP.jpg

This is Coby's @Church old display banner featuring some of his wonderful photography. I have it proudly displayed in our garage at home.

While I must admit I'm also one with several artifacts gracing my garage walls, however, after viewing the Malcolm posting of the Coby's photo banner, perhaps we should bare our walls of such treasures we hold on to & take some quality life size photos for display & put the real deals to use as intended......but then perhaps not !

This hunk of bellhousing had strong clock vibes when I cut it off.

this is the rear body panel that I cut off the Car Craft dream rod when I restored it back to its original version. the second iteration was called the tiger shark. I only procrastinated for 15 years before I finally finished it about a month ago tigerdone1.jpg tigerdone2.jpg tigerdone3.jpg tigerdone4.jpg tigerdone5.jpg

the "boss 429" in my Zinger dune buggy clone is a 460 block, repop valve covers and a pair of boss 9 heads that have so many cracks in them that I bet you could almost break em in half over your knee, and a home made blower manifold just like the real zinger had

Here is something I picked up 18 years ago from a local Automotive Art collector. He told me that a sign painter was commissioned to paint this 22" x 44" on a 3/4" wood panel for the Tokyo auto show. It was to be used for their '50's theme. As it turned out the show personal wanted to see the final product before paying and the sign painter wanted payment before shipping. As a result, the sign was never shipped to Japan, I was able to purchase it for garage art! IMG_2246.jpeg

I always feel like I'm being watched in my garage. A good friend painted up this all-seeing eyeball to make sure I was working and not just goofing off out there.
