    OK guys show me some headlights:):)
    I was on the road this evening and couldn't help but notice all those stupid looking "cat eye" and those freaking "blue lights" that I can't stand. I got to thinking about how the old stuff looks so damn good even though they were nice a simple. I love all the old style headlights big, small and everything in between..... No girls not those.:):)

    These are some unknown headlights, I have been told they were most likely a bolt on foglight at one time.

    Yeah I had to swap the bulbs out for the halogens, but if I can find some older solid round sealed bulbs that will fit these, they will go back in.

    I believe these are from an early 30's Cadillac. They are huge, double D's I suppose. LoL;

    Hotrod Headlights... smaller than Guide larger than King Bee... Ok, here's the story; I was at NSRA Nats East - York, PA in the mid 70's... I spot this baby blue 32 traditional rod and I fell in love with the headlights... I ask what they are... he says - aftermarket offered in 58 as hotrod headlights... rare, he has never seen another pair... I walked away disapointed... a few minutes later I met up with my buddy and we decided to check out the swap meet area... maybe a dozen venders and we were about to leave when I spotted the same headlights... I asked how much and he said $75 and I didn't have enough... I tried to bargin with him and discovered he was drunk... and all I could get from him was "somebody has to pay the rent"... since I wasn't about to let them go... we pooled what money we had as a deposit... my buddy stayed and I went back to our truck where my Dad was sleeping (he drove while we slept)... borrowed the money and I was the proud owner of what I thought was the perfect headlights for my 33... mind you, I was building a traditional chopped & channeled in the era of Resto Rods and vintage stuff was scarce then... never have seen another set

  28. I think these were American Lafrance. My buddy bought 'em from me for his 29 Pontiac.
