Actually, making the bed even longer would really give it that 1940s-50s feel more than a shorter bed would.

I like both, the idea of making it removable just means that you can change up the look every now and then, and make it more useable while your at it.

    I'd already be doing it.........

I dig it the way it is, but if it were mine I'd run the bed. Would be cool to make it easily removeable though.

Please ADD the bed, I've always liked your ride especially with the hood, but it's never looked finished, The BED completes your ride. IMO.

  10. Hey, can you photoshop what it might look like from the rear?, I still dig the bed part, just wondering what it would look like from behind

  11. Not a fan of the bed. I woudl be more apt to make a bitch or some sort of receiver point to attach some sort of trunk/chest when needed.

Your car is absolutely gorgeous without the bed, with the bed on it it loses some unique beauty.

I think it looks pretty damn cool e. Like u said if its removable then youll have the best of both ,,and some carrying capacity without pulling a trailer ! And with the top and all the other improvements the ride really has nailed down its own look

Go with the removeable-deep bed to hide the tank...or rotate the tank 90 degrees to bring it below the bed rail line.
Maybe build a hard tonneau cover so you can lock down a tool box, etc. on your long trips.

LMAO, needs a plexiglas mushroom window on the camper.

Seriously, Love The PU Bed!! Good looking and practical for long day runs or overnight trip when you need to carry.

I think it looks even BETTER with the bed as it fills in the "void" behind the cab and makes the vehicle look longer.
