approx 5000 sq ft in Stanton, with yard, vehicle storage permit, auto repair permits, etc etc in case anyone is looking....... and has some way to afford it. It would be nice to get some sort of HAMB type business in there for a change. PM me if interested
it's .90 per foot net = $4680/mo and unfortunately there's no way to legally divide it, or I would because there's a lot of demand for the smaller spaces.
more info...... total private yard and parking is around 5K sq ft the unit is about 1000 sq ft offices with a kitchen and full bathroom there is a high load built-in mezzanine above the offices that is totaly usefull (6' high) and is an additional 1000 sq ft the shop floor is about 4000 ft air throughout shop with shared use of compressor 14.5 ft doors, concrete driveway it was completely remodeled in 1989 with new elec., plumbing, offices, etc. the area is good and the street is safe, not in the hood Beach and Western
