Shop owners. Renting shop space for car or cars.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I am going to take care of our customers cars that we have done the complete build, since these seem more of favor to help them and they do send us work to keep the doors open. Thanks again

It seems that you run a business. I assume that you are in business to make money.
Treat the situation like the business deal that it is.
If you have space available and know what a square foot of floor space cost you then it is simple. Add up the square footage required and tack on 10 to 20% for a monthly rent.
