Technical shoebox volvo power steering question

hi have been in back round for a while i need a little help have a 1949 ford sedan putting volvo power steering init have box never had hoses which port is return and which port is pressure there are 2 differant size banjo bolts one bigger than other thank u for any help

 

Maybe see a Volvo dealer parts/service.

 

Generally speaking the return is always the larger of the two. That lets the pressure drop off on return so it don't foam up returning into the reservoir.
