Shoebox tank pad kit

I have a 1951 ford shoebox. When i removed the tank, the tank pads were non-existant. Does any one have any photos or instructions on the correct install/positioning of the shoebox tank pad kit? I got to felt strips and some rubber strips in the kit. Also, where there any rubber insulators between the mount points and the straps?

 

Yes I searched, and the green bible has Diddley squat!
