Are the doors the same on a H/T and convertible and what years interchange 49-51?

 

A hardtop is a victoria which is a convertible with a roof, so yes the doors will interchange.

 

So does 49 through 51 work?

 

49 has a different door handle ( a pull) and 50-51 (have a push button) and are the same. The hinges are the same on 49-51, though.

 

Thanks for the info I found one in an old building didn't know what it fit.

 

and 51 victoria/convertibles have stainless on the door top while 49/50 convertibles do not.

 

Not only are the door handles different on the the '49......so are the locks and latches. That is not to say you can't refit the door with '50/'51 locking mechanisms...but they are not he same and will not work as is.
