Technical Shoebox Ford door question

Are business coupe doors same as a regular two door? Also will 50 and 51 doors interchange? Thanks

 

Yes and Yes.
In the years preceding (pre 49) there were long coupes and short coupes.
Starting in '49, Tudor sedans and coupes used the same door. The Tudor sedans had a longer roof and a short trunk whereas the business and club coupes had a shorter roof and longer trunk on the same wheel base.
The Fordor sedans had different doors.
