    Bare with me while I work out my phone Ive two doored my four door 51 shoebox ford I'm not gonna do a tech on it coz I just did what clutchdumpindan did here on the hamb thanks heaps dude I'll try and get more pics up

    Ok so I don't know how to put up pics properly but there ya go thats what a guy in Australia with a mig and 3 days off work can do I'm no pro metal guy but it's still rewarding as hell and the grill is just to show the front of the car

    Thanks na I'm not gonna chop it I have no time and I got hotrods to build , the grill is outta exhaust tube bent and cut into 1/4s and the grill is just the stock 51 grill without the bullets I copied Keith weesners shoebox and the hirahota merc

    Thanks everyone oh and it's getting 55 Pontiac trim and it's gonna get painted a dirty gold colour

    That is a very smart way to do it, cutting into the roof like you did and using a tudor side piece. You have guts, cutting into a nice looking shoebox like that. :D I like the end result.

    Nice job! Looks awesome.. Looked good as a 4 door too. There's just something about those shoe boxes.. killer!

    All the ideas came from clutch dumping Dan ,he did it a bit different coz he had the hole rear 1/4 and he did one heck of a job ,my car was due for new paint and a makeover ,it looks ok in the pics but it's well worn out ,10 years of nice abuse will do that , I will keep putting up progress pics , in the meen time thanks for your kind words

    Will the quarter windows be functional, or in a fixed position?

    The rear 1/4 windows will wind up and down I used the inside from the rear 4 door door coz it had all the machinism there already I made it screw in so I can get the glass in easy ,it took three days to two door it and two days to make one rear window go up and down haha dam those little things
