Shipping and engine from cali to europe?

What do you think it would cost to ship?Anyone ever ship an engine to Poland?I need to give a guy a quote but don't know how to go about it.Ive never shipped anything this big.I live in la puente ca 91744.Are there any shipping companys in my area?
