Hot Rods Seen something new

    Friend of mine just bought a model A coupe, pretty solid car that had been restored years ago. This car had an overdrive installed behind the trans and a inside rear view mirror with a wind up clock built into the mirror, clock has ford right on it.

  5. A lot of Model A parts supply houses sell them as replacement mirrors. During the depression not too many cars were optioned with them. Same with a heater and the most popular was the exhaust manifold heater with a door into the passenger side fire wall. They were cheaper than a hot water forced air heater.

    This one had the exhaust heater and a add on heater.
