Sedanettes & Fleetlines the same ?

Are a lot of the fastback "shape" related parts between 1950 Chev Fleetlines & 1950 Buick Sedanettes the same ?

Trunk seal, windshield & back glass seal, headliners, door panel boards, carpet, floor pans, window channels, package tray, etc. ?



For that matter, anyone have a good place for 50 Buick Sedanette parts ? Nothing really jumps out looking thru Hemmings.

I don’t think the parts are changeable between Buick and Chevy fastbacks. The Buick’s are a slightly bigger car but I think they share some parts with Cadillac, Pontiac and Olds.

basicly the body shells of the chevy, pontiac, and olds 88 are the same. the buick, caddy, and olds 98 body shells are the same.
