Seattle - White Wall Shaving Places?

I see stuff about shops in Nor Cal and So Cal with machines to shave tires. I only have 4 and don't really want to ruin them myself so I was wondering if anyone in the Northwest turns skinny white walls into wides?

Maybe J.C. Whitney still sells porta-walls. They are white rings you mount on the rim and they give you wide white walls. I know the trend right now is for wide white walls. I do not follow trends. In the old days you could buy white wall paint. I think some white house paint might work. Just kidding!
