    I installed plates under the body and attached the belt anchors through to them. There was an article published from the Model A Ford Club of America that showed how.

    l am planning on adding seat belts to my Model A tourer just lap belts, hopefully that will pass engineering.;)

    With the inside door handle sitting just below your elbow on my 29 roadster
    I’ve had two passengers accidentally pop the door open, with one during a left turn
    needless to say
    Seat belts secured is mandatory

    Yep.. same here. I keept telling passengers not to rely on the doors to keep you in. Now got lap belts.
