I am curious about my first street rod, a 1933 Ford PU. My family outgrew it so we parted ways (with the PU, not the family). It had a sbc, 4 speed, early Olds rear. One unique feature was the rolled and pleated firewall and running boards. It was a great truck and I put many enjoyable miles on it. I sold it to the red headed guy with the beard in the picture. I can't remember his name. He and his buddy flew out from Kentucky to the Bay Area of CA and drove it back to Kentucky. This was in 1982. They stopped in Denver on the return trip to see his sister. Only issue during the trip was the headlight switch quit working. It would be nice to know that it has been well taken care of and possibly HAMB owned.
Great looking truck. Hope you can find it again and hopefully it hasn't been changed too much.......Don.
It had a trailing arm rear suspension from a 50 Olds and the stock front axle and wishbone with reversed eye spring. It drove and rode pretty nice.
